The Company Behind the Work

You will not get a junior consultant. You will not get a team that learns on your project.

Fognini Tech is one senior practitioner operating with a configured team of specialist AI agents - domain, practice, research, and engineering. Every assessment, every build, every transfer is done by the same person who took the brief, supported by the same type of team we build for clients.

What sole consultancy actually means for you

Most consultancies sell you a senior partner and deliver a junior team. The partner appears at the pitch and the quarterly review. The work is done by people who are figuring it out on your time and your budget.

Fognini Tech has no account managers, no delivery teams, no juniors. Roberto Fognini does the assessment, designs the solution, builds it, runs it, and transfers it. What makes that possible at the output level of a much larger team is a configured team of specialist AI agents - domain, practice, research, and engineering - that operate alongside every engagement.

The legitimate question about any sole consultancy is bus factor. We address it structurally, not with reassurances. Every engagement is designed so the work can be picked up without us. Every configuration is documented. Every agent is transferred to your ownership. Every process is built to run without the person who built it. If Fognini Tech disappeared tomorrow, your operations continue. That is not a feature of the engagement. It is a requirement of how we work.

We only know it works because we run it ourselves

Every system we recommend to a client has been built and operated inside Fognini Tech first. Revenue operations, knowledge management, delivery workflows, contract generation - all of it runs on the same AI-native methodology we sell. The agent team that supports client work is the same type of configuration we deliver as an output.

This matters for one specific reason: we do not source, build, or operate anything for clients using a different method to the one we are delivering. There is no gap between what we advise and what we practise. If a workflow or agent configuration is not good enough to run our own operations, it does not go into yours.

About the Founder

The person behind the work

Roberto Fognini - Founder & CTO, Fognini Tech

Roberto Fognini - Founder

Roberto Fognini has spent twenty-five years in engineering and organisational leadership - scaling engineering departments, leading agile transformations since 2003, and running Build-Operate-Transfer programmes across three countries. He founded Fognini Tech because the same gap kept appearing: organisations with the right ambition, the wrong sequence, and no one willing to stay until it was finished.

What this looks like in practice

These are not aspirational principles. They are the constraints we work under on every engagement - including our own.

E

Empathy

We build for the people who actually use the system, not the people who sign the contract. Every engagement starts with your team's real constraints - not management's wishlist.

S

Simplicity

If it needs a manual, it is not done. We reduce every solution to the minimum viable complexity - the simplest thing that works in production and keeps working when we leave.

R

Rigour

Every system we recommend has been broken, fixed, and refined in our own operations before we propose it to a client. We do not deliver what we have not tested.

I

Impact

We define the metric before we start. If we cannot agree on what success looks like in measurable terms, we do not start. If we can, that metric is in the contract.

Seen enough? Let's talk.
