The Honest Downsides

The 5x efficiency claim requires context. More capability does not automatically mean more value. Here is what we have learned.

The Output vs Outcome Trap

The ability to produce more creates a genuine risk: producing the wrong things faster.

We have restarted multiple internal applications because the speed of creation outpaced the clarity of purpose. Features got built because they could be built, not because they should be built.
